The client

Established in 2013 and headquartered in Knoxville, TN, Rand Partners LLC ("Rand Partners") is a privately held, vertically integrated apartment investment and management company focused on Class B and C multifamily communities throughout the southeast United States. The company provides a full service operating platform with expertise in acquisitions, financing, property operations, renovations, accounting, risk management, market research and other related support functions.

Since formation, Rand Partners has grown to over $108 million in multifamily assets. The company looks to sustain its precipitous rate of growth for years to come.

The challenge
